Job Description

Define, execute and continuously optimize the website and SEO strategy to generate qualified traffic, engagement and conversions, placing LLMs at the center of initiatives to seize opportunities and mitigate impacts. Develop and implement technical SEO strategies, including site architecture, schema markup, loading speed and core web vitals. Collaborate with the content team to guide the SEO-based editorial strategy, ensuring that content is optimized for both human readers and AI-powered search engines. Manage the website as a product: develop and maintain a roadmap of improvements, optimizations and new features based on performance data and user feedback. Improve site navigation, user experience and storytelling to support brand positioning and maximize conversion opportunities at every stage of the journey. Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing, personalization and conversion funnel analysis to accelerate pipeline generation. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, sales and demand generation teams to align web and SEO strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, and transform insights into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends in SEO, web performance and AI-driven search to ensure an innovative and competitive digital presence. Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize SEO, analyze sites, personalize experiences and recommend content.
