The Web Projects Lead is a keystone member of the UX team, leading website redesign projects by combining client research with web best practices to facilitate the creation of goal-driven, user-friendly websites.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing KINA's online experiences to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Leads digital activities and offers strategic insights to strengthen KINA's digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving digital growth initiatives.

Lead the production and execution of digital campaigns and assets, including homepage updates, landing pages, CMS tooling, paid ads, and emails. Manage multiple digital projects across brand campaigns, web production, and agile cycles; strategically prioritize based on impact, stakeholder needs, and team capacity. You'll operate within Agile frameworks, partnering with design, copy, engineering, product, and growth marketing to drive execution.
