This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product, and is responsible for transforming Paddle’s digital surfaces into high-performance, high-conversion engines that support our PLG and sales-led growth. You’ll lead a cross-functional web team (design, dev, UX, content, and experimentation) with full accountability for performance, conversion, velocity of execution, and alignment across teams.
