Mid-Level Video Game Producer

Mob Entertainment is seeking a Mid-Level Producer to help guide the tech and quality assurance teams during development for the future of the Poppy Playtime franchise, starting with our upcoming release. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with team leads across disciplines, ensuring teams are set up for success and focused on delivering high value impact. You’ll plan and drive sprint cycles, standups, task tracking, and milestone execution in collaboration with team leads. This involves building and maintaining development schedules with a focus on scope clarity, risk management, and deliverable tracking. You will also coordinate internal and external builds, patch planning, and milestone submissions by partnering with QA and tech leads. Ultimately, you will empower and support the tech and quality assurance teams, helping them succeed within project goals and constraints. You will also monitor and report overall progress for assigned teams on a regular basis, identify slippage and drive solutions to get the teams to deliver on schedule, and facilitate action items when teams are critically blocked.
