You'll be the mastermind behind 50% of our total Americas acquisition costs, orchestrating a complex network of packagers, blenders, and chemical suppliers across the USMCA region. This isn't your typical sourcing role – you'll be part supply chain strategist, part relationship builder, and part financial wizard, all while leading a team that keeps our business moving forward. Lead comprehensive sourcing processes for our Americas packager/blender network and chemical spend, conduct deep-dive analysis of raw materials, commodities, and supplier markets to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts with critical packagers, blenders, and chemical suppliers, develop cost of goods budgeting and forecasting strategies for acquisition costs.
