Role Impact:

  • Translate complex strategies into visually engaging, user-centric designs to communicate business objectives and drive outcomes.
  • Oversee business strategy communications to ensure clarity and alignment across the organization.
  • Architect compelling narratives that define and reinforce the organization's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing functions including strategy, web, customer advocacy, and content.
  • Refine and optimize lifecycle content and design to enhance customer engagement and business results.
  • Provide design-driven insights to influence decision-making and lifecycle initiatives for business leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working across marketing teams (web, content, brand, customer) and creating business and customer-facing materials.
  • Proficiency with design and presentation tools like PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Strong storytelling, communication skills, and experience in visual storytelling or marketing communications.
