Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer

Accountabilities include collaborating with product managers to review project specifications and define technical approaches. Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and time estimations for features and projects. Implement back-end functionality, perform code reviews, handle pull requests, and ensure testing quality. Support full software lifecycle from design to deployment while maintaining scalable and maintainable code. Contribute to architectural decisions and propose technical improvements. Work closely with distributed teams including web developers, data scientists, and SREs. Ensure user-centric design and performance for large-scale platforms. Participate in experiments and innovation initiatives to improve product offerings.
