Principal Product Designer

We are looking for a well-rounded, hands-on, and collaborative product designer to join our studio team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in understanding and championing user needs, shaping product design vision and strategy, creating high-quality, user-centric experiences, and evolving brand identities and design systems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and launching products users love, excels at working with complex systems in the absence of established patterns, and thrives in early-stage product and company development. Experience with B2B software and generative AI-powered products is a strong plus. You’ll work closely with startup CEOs and your teammates across discovery, product, engineering, and marketing. Beyond direct company work, you’ll have space to focus on your own growth.
