Job Description
As a Customer Implementation Specialist (CIS) you will be responsible to accompany Sales during the confirmation in order to have an joint view on with the prospect on what is expected from signing till go-live - invitation of first users. You will support Sales and Customer Success teams in answering RFIs and RFPs as well as drive adoption of SSO, User Provisioning and other assets. Your main responsibilities will involve: Preparation, execution, and follow up for prospect meetings with enterprise customers from the regulated and financial industry (and others), specifically those meetings that have a technical and/or security-related agenda. Assume responsibility for technical and security questions of RFPs and RFIs from enterprise prospects. When technical implementation (User Provisioning, Co-Creationβ¦) necessary or strong involvement in confirmation phase: Take ownership for drafting a project plan/adjusting a template project plan with information obtained during the confirmation phase of the prospect to ensure successful project delivery for the customer beyond expectation and shorten time to value for the customer. Deliver the technical integration of customer projects including documentation according to the project plan and/or customer requirements. Prepare, run and follow up of technical customer workshops (both prospect or customer stage).
