Who You Are:

  • A customer-focused technical professional who builds trust with application developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable translating complex AI/ML hardware and software concepts into clear recommendations for any audience.
  • A proactive, self-directed problem solver who coordinates internal teams and customer stakeholders across South East Asia.

What We Need:

  • Experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware.
  • Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience designing scalable AI solutions and physically installing servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices.

What You Will Learn:

  • How to architect and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions across customer use cases, including Generative AI and LLMs.
  • How to lead the full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales discovery to production deployment.
  • How to collaborate with product development, engineering, sales, and business development teams to influence AI solutions.
