Lead site surveys, solution architecture, and engagement delivery for BAS/EMS implementations.
Design control strategies aligned with Keedian standards and program, test, and commission multi-OEM BAS platforms.
Validate point lists, sequences, alarms, and integrations prior to go-live.

Project Execution & Partner Management:

Own delivery scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes across multi-site implementations.
Author technical solution designs, oversee implementation, and coordinate commissioning and verification with Keedian Remote Monitoring & Operations.
Drive partner execution, enforcing delivery standards, artifact requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Change Control, Documentation & Handoff:

Manage non-standard changes through CAB, maintaining clear decision logs and rollback plans.
Enforce documentation standards and SLAs, including point lists, as-builts, photos, and change logs.
Ensure clean, auditable handoff to Keedian Remote Monitoring & Operations.
