About the Role:
- Lead the successful delivery of multi-site smart building deployments across the Americas.
- Own project execution end-to-end — ensuring timelines are met, budgets are controlled, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Drive operational discipline through standardized project governance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of project management experience, ideally within field services, building technologies, energy, construction tech, or infrastructure deployments.
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed and highly accountable in remote environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience working with distributed field teams or third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with smart building ecosystems, HVAC controls, EMS/BMS platforms, or IoT deployments.
