Responsibilities:
- Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of Commercial Systems initiatives, ensuring the roadmap reflects the highest-ROI work.
- Turn ambiguous requests into clear, documented requirements and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives on time.
- Maintain continuity, keep stakeholders aligned, and leave systems better documented for handoff.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, including 3-5+ years running cross-functional programs or a systems/operations function.
- Skilled in ROI-based prioritization, discovery, and executive communication; comfortable saying 'not now' to senior stakeholders.
- Self-directed and quick to get oriented; RevOps or GTM systems experience a plus.
