Principal Product Manager, Devices Engineering

This role requires creating and executing on new hardware devices. This person needs to be able to manage a full product vertical or many product verticals (pets, aging in place etc.) through the full lifecycle of the product(s). The person is responsible for identifying customer needs and pain points, developing a compelling vision to solve for their needs, developing a roadmap for their products, and executing deeply. Works cross functionally to deliver compelling customer value. Can work across marketing, sales, operations, and more to ensure an end to end growth strategy that goes beyond product development to also consider go-to-market. Owns the metrics of their product line across customer centric KPIs, margin, revenue, subscription impact, and any other metrics relevant to the success of the product portfolio. Works with HW and SW teams across the technology stack to make smart trade off decisions, develop comprehensive requirements, develop a compelling UX, and to prioritize work. Evangelizes the vision for their product and is the voice of the customer for all aspects of the product experience.
