Your role:
- Lead clinical operations for all studies, managing budgets, timelines, and GCP compliance.
- Manage and develop a team of five to six CTMs and CRAs, ensuring workload balance and team autonomy.

- You will report to the CMO and collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Legal, and Finance.
- The team moves forward together, looking for practical solutions and celebrating successes.
