Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet approved drawings while controlling cost, time, and quality. This involves leading, coaching, and developing a team as well as coordinating across different departments. Responsibilities include developing project estimates and budgets, reviewing project documents, negotiating contracts, and planning/overseeing all construction activities. They must also conduct site visits to ensure compliance and make adjustments to processes to improve efficiency. This role requires 50% travel and 50% remote work.
