What You'll Do:
- Lead preclinical research programs in hair biology to explore new biological targets and root causes.
- Manage external research collaborations, including lab identification, experiment design, and data analysis.
- Communicate scientific findings through presentations, publications, and internal reports.
What You Need:
- PhD preferred with expertise in cell and molecular biology, plus 3+ years industry experience in preclinical research.
- Knowledge in hair/skin biology and experience with in vitro and ex vivo models.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 plus quarterly bonus program.
