As a presales Solutions Architect for ITMS and Managed Services, this individual will be responsible for designing and quoting managed service solutions for our mid-market customers. Working closely with Account Executives, this individual will meet with customers to discuss their business needs, provide an overview of the New Era managed services practice, and align those needs with a managed services quote.
Working closely with sales to help sell ITMS and managed service solutions provided by New Era. Building presentations, quotes, and proposals. Staying updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Position will be working as the SME for all ITMS and Managed Services related offerings and will be responsible for RFP/RFI responses.
