Strengthening Innovation Capacities across SOS Children’s Villages

About the Consultancy:

• SOS Children's Villages International seeks an external consultant to strengthen innovation capacities across its federation.
• The consultancy will review the Innovation Playbook, design a training programme, and develop a 2027 innovation challenge concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing resources and adapt them into a virtual training curriculum.
• Facilitate engaging, participatory sessions for diverse international participants.
• Create a practical innovation challenge concept with templates and processes.

Consultant Profile:

• Minimum 5 years in innovation for social development with human-centred design expertise.
• Strong experience in virtual facilitation and adult learning.
• Excellent English; French/Spanish and NGO experience are assets.

Deliverables and Timeline:

• Workplan and training package by October 2026.
• Delivery and evaluation from mid-November to mid-December 2026.
• Final report and challenge concept by end of December 2026.
