Internal Communications Manager (Fixed-Term)

Help to level up how we engage and inform our global team. Partner with key business leaders to drive internal understanding and adoption of critical people programs and change initiatives. Help to optimize feedback loops: track comms effectiveness, iterate based on what works, and always push to raise the bar. Champion our voice and values internally, ensuring comms are consistent, thoughtful, and aligned with the broader Kraken brand. Operate with urgency and bias for action in West Coast US hours (or compatible timezone). Take on additional projects that grow the impact and visibility of the internal comms function.
