What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute organic growth initiatives across SEO, AI search, and owned digital experiences.
- Monitor shifts in search behavior to strengthen Wave's visibility and market leadership.
- Evaluate emerging channels and AI platforms for discoverability.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing with proven success in SaaS or fintech.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, CRO, and AI search.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
