Senior Machine Learning Research Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Lead ML research and development, establishing agendas informed by AI trends and deploying products into production.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle, including MLOps, LLM alignment on clinical data, and novel algorithm development.
• Collaborate with engineers and clinicians to translate research into impact and engage in academic outreach.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of modern neural network architectures, distributed training, and frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.
• Experience developing and training state-of-the-art deep learning models using multiple GPUs for large language models.
• Ability to assess and create high-quality ML research, demonstrated through top-tier conference publications.
