THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Monitor our social channels and promptly address client inquiries
- Multitask and navigate across multiple social media platforms
- Proactively engage clients and contribute to growing Kraken’s social media voice and presence
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL:
- Strong knowledge and user-side experience with multiple social media platforms
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to grasp the meaning and intent of client interactions
NICE TO HAVES:
- Speaks Mandarin (in addition to English)
- Experience with other trading platforms
- Experience with our or other similar platforms API
