The Opportunity:
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to HNWI clients worldwide, building and nurturing trusted relationships through exceptional account management.
- Drive KPIs across revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform through rigorous, data-driven analysis and proactive strategy execution.
- Bring Kraken’s private client and VIP offerings to market to ensure benefits remain impactful and competitive.
Skills You Should Hodl:
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading and lending.
- Passionate about the cryptocurrency world, with a proactive attitude toward learning new industry trends.
Additional Skills:
- You can travel up to 10% of the time to visit clients and attend events.
- Fluency in English is required, along with native-level proficiency in Dutch.
- Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.
