THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Develop marketing strategies to bolster Kraken’s market share in region, while working with cross-functional teams to execute.
- Grow new users in-region and improve performance across their customer lifecycle including initial onboarding, trading, and growth across Kraken’s product suite.
- Leverage global campaigns, creatives, content, and brand guidelines to localize according to the preferences of regional audiences.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL:
- 7+ years in a growth role where you autonomously developed marketing/growth strategies and delivered successful outcomes.
- A proven track record in growing new users in a highly competitive environment.
- Living on-the-ground in UAE full-time, with significant expertise about crypto’s local competitive landscape, payments ecosystems, marketing channels, and growth opportunities for Kraken.
