Senior AI Engineer

The Role:

• You'll work on the Product team to incorporate LLM-powered systems into new data products and advance existing products.
• You'll design and build intelligent systems that combine LLM reasoning, structured data, and tool orchestration.
• You'll be a key thought leader in developing our AI platform and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data science, ML, data engineering, or applied AI with production ML systems end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, tool use, or agentic systems.
• Strong Python with APIs and cloud (AWS preferred), plus Databricks tooling experience.

Who You Are:

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast experimentation cycles.
• Familiar with click stream, app usage, or observational panel data.
• Excited to take ideas from 0 to production and define best practices for prompting, memory, and tool use.
