Responsibilities:
- Set the long-term strategic goals and technical roadmap for marketing measurement, influencing senior leadership.
- Lead the design of complex incrementality testing and geo-holdout experiments to measure long-term brand effects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Finance to translate data insights into actionable budget shifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years (M.S.) or 6+ years (Ph.D.) of industry experience in marketing science or econometrics.
- Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, Incrementality Testing, and Customer Lifetime Value prediction.
Technical & Strategic Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL, with experience building production-grade data pipelines.
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders and translating complex statistical concepts into business strategy.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and building frameworks from the ground up.
