Information Security Assurance Advisor

Role Overview:

• The Information Security Assurance Advisor develops, implements, and maintains information security policies and procedures.
• This role leads audit readiness and execution for HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II examinations.
• The advisor drives compliance and helps maintain a security-focused culture across MRO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply applicable regulations and standards to manage risk and maintain audit readiness.
• Perform process definition and deployment across all teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead HITRUST and SOC 2 examinations from planning to report issuance, including evidence collection and auditor coordination.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of information security assurance, GRC, compliance, or audit experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II examinations.
• Practical experience using Vanta to execute audits and manage controls and evidence.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range of USD $104,000 - $140,000 per year, with potential annual cash bonus.
