As an Associate Counsel, you will research laws and preparing legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda. You will also render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department. Preparing and handling pleadings, motions, and discovery, to include depositions/examinations before trial and examinations under oath, and defending by trial or dispositive hearing, all matters assigned, as applicable. We provide workplace flexibility as well as our GEICO Flex program, which offers the ability to work from anywhere in the US for up to four weeks per year.
