Job Description
Strategic Partnership & Decision Support:
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to improve financial and operational reporting.
- Own the preparation and delivery of strategic financial materials.
- Establish collaborative relationships across functional areas to embed finance into strategic planning.
Financial Planning & Execution:
- Direct the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and continuous forecasting processes.
- Identify and implement system and process enhancements, streamlining financial processes.
- Oversee the team responsible for the delivery of monthly/quarterly financial and operational reporting packages.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Finance professionals.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
