Product Owner (Salesforce)

The Bridgenext Product Owner plays a critical role in Salesforce engagements, acting as the intersection of product strategy, tech solution design, and client partnership. This role involves understanding client business challenges and leading the definition of innovative, scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The Product Owner guides cross-functional teams across time zones, ensuring continuous alignment with client goals. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end solution vision, building relationships with stakeholders, aligning business goals, and advising on platform capabilities. They make architecture decisions, collaborate with architects and designers, define the technical path, and recommend solution paths considering budget and scope, and lead design discussions. They also guide clients through onboarding, communicate project progress, and identify future opportunities. Must-have skills include 5+ years of Salesforce solution design, 3+ years of consulting, experience leading discovery workshops, strong communication, hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and agile frameworks, and multiple Salesforce certifications. Preferred skills include experience leading large programs, knowledge of managed package development, design thinking, and certifications like PMP, CSPO, and CSM.
