What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a team of Data Engineers and Data Analytics Engineers.
- Partner to align growth paths, performance expectations, and strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary delivery interface ensuring alignment and communication.
Who We Hope You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning-related roles.
- 4+ years in a people or delivery management role.
- Strong understanding of data science lifecycle.
Bonus Points:
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Technical Program Manager.
- Background in a hybrid data engineering/product engineering environment.
- Exposure to customer-facing data engineering work.
