You’ll be joining a small, high-impact data engineering team within Federato’s AI/ML organization, where the focus is on building the infrastructure and internal frameworks that empower machine learning engineers. Data and tooling are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our AI-native platform which enables machine learning engineers to develop, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered features.

Serve as the primary support and point of contact for the COO, CRO, and CTO. Manage complex, shifting calendars and prioritize based on strategic needs across GTM, CS, and EPD. Track executive commitments, deadlines, and cross-functional action items; ensure alignment, follow-through, and consistent accountability. Forecast executive prep-time, context, and resource needs ahead of key meetings, reviews, and strategic cycles.

Federato is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to reinvent industry events. This role owns the strategy, planning, and execution of Federato’s third party conference and field event portfolio, leading programs across major global conferences, targeted field activations, and innovative experiential moments, while executing established plans and shaping new programs.
