Construction Manager

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers delivering studio fit-outs across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Ensure all projects follow Pronto’s established workflows, documentation standards, and approval processes. Monitor overall project performance, timelines, and budgets through regular progress reviews. Identify risks or delays and guide Project Managers in implementing effective solutions. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and consistent communication. Review and approve project budgets, variations, and documentation prepared by the Project Managers. Provide reporting and updates to the Director of Global Construction & Supply Chain. Escalate issues to management team. Lead communication with contractors and internal departments. Review and refine project scopes of work to ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance requirements. Support process improvements, system development and documentation, and training to drive efficiency and scalability.
