Role & Mission:
- Lead AI enablement initiatives by partnering with executive leadership to identify high-impact areas across the business.
- Co-build and deploy AI-powered tools with various teams to improve business metrics and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI platform and harness engineering tooling for use by internal engineers and external customers.
- Establish and automate AI best practices and integrate AI-first CI/CD workflows with the DevOps team.
- Act as a mentor and collaborator, teaching teams across the company to build and maintain effective AI tools.
Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience building production AI tools, with expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM evals.
- Proven track record with agentic coding tools and AI observability systems for logging and tracking.
- Excellent product judgment for determining AI application and strong communication skills for all audience levels.
- Growth mindset and experience in teaching non-engineers practical AI adoption strategies.
