Technical Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve end-to-end model workflows for complex vision and generative AI systems.
- Identify and reduce failure modes such as structural drift, temporal instability, and production fragility.
- Define fine-tuning, adaptation, or hybrid-model strategies when pre-trained models fall short.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with evaluation, simulation, and platform engineers to define durable interfaces.
- Mentor other scientists and set technical direction for the model domain.
- Contribute to deployment decisions on model packaging and inference optimization.
Qualifications:
- Deep experience in generative modeling for video, world models, diffusion, or multimodal systems.
- Strong background in PyTorch and modern model training and evaluation workflows.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of deep learning experience.
