Own the platform roadmap, including governance, environment management, data architecture, and release management.
Lead the migration from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud and architect AI solutions with Agentforce and Einstein AI.

Who You Are:

A hands-on architect and principal developer with 8+ years of enterprise technology experience and 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
Deeply skilled in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and event-driven integration patterns.
A strong communicator who translates complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
