Job Description
As a Territory Manager at Arc'teryx, you will lead the work to bring Arc’teryx to life in Specialty Retail in the Southwest USA while supporting efforts to build our community in our Brand Stores and National Accounts. When successful, the Arc’teryx Guest will experience a seamless brand experience across your territory. In this role, you will scout out and work with the best Outdoor, Climb, and Ski retailers in your territory to bring our vision to life while supporting their success in sell through and community building. Working closely with the best specialty retail partners in the following states: Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas. Translating the seasonal strategy to sell-in and marketing plans to secure pre-orders and a commitment from our specialty base to bring future seasons to life on the retail floor with accompanying sell-through plans. Selling into new channels with our freshly launched in-house footwear. Training retail staff on our brand promise, seasonal vision, and product specifics so they can spread the Arc’teryx stoke and drive full price sell through with delighted guests. Connecting members of the Arc’teryx community – Brand Stores, Ambassadors, Regional Staff, National Account shop pros - in your territory through events and activations that build brand awareness and excitement.
