As a Technical Lead SAP HCM, you will actively shape the modernization and digitization of our customers' HR processes. This role offers varied tasks that ideally combine technical know-how and professional leadership. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility and sustainably support our team and customers. Your daily business includes tailored solutions in the SAP HCM environment – from complex technical adaptations to the implementation of new features that create real added value. You ensure the stable operation and targeted improvement of completed customer projects and proactively address complex customer requirements. You develop and evaluate technical concepts with in-depth expertise in ABAP, for example for self-service portals or modern interfaces. With your knowledge and experience, you provide impulses to the team, support colleagues in their professional development, and promote continuous knowledge sharing.
