Processing Assistant

Assisting the Senior Processor:

• Order services for file packaging as directed by the Sr. Processor.
• Follow-up on all requested items in an efficient manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.

Customer Service:

• Working with vendors, AMC’s, title companies, banks, etc.
• Gathering the necessary information for a complete loan file.
• Researching information through various websites.

What you’ll need to join Cascade:

• 2+ years in an administrative or customer service position.
• Must be computer literate and able to work with multiple software at once.
• Knowledge of mortgage or banking practices a plus.
