Job Duties:

  • Review and reconcile accounting transactions including cash, invoices, and journal entries for compliance and management decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to report on expenditures, assist with budget preparation, and ensure adherence to governmental regulations.
  • Develop and prepare customized reports, financial statements, and assist with fiscal period opening and closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field with two years of experience in bookkeeping or administrative record-keeping.
  • Preferred skills include attention to detail, analytical abilities, intermediate spreadsheet and word processing proficiency, and project management.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, accounts payable processes, and payroll is advantageous, along with the ability to work independently.

Work Environment:

  • Administrative work is performed in an indoor office setting with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Occasional driving is required, and all employees may be called upon to assist in declared emergency situations across departments.
