About the Role:
- You will own the data architecture for a North American client's Salesforce AI and personalization program.
- This is a full-time, remote nearshore contractor role working from Latin America with time-zone overlap.
What You Will Do:
- Design the canonical data model, identity resolution, and ingestion strategy across CRM, ERP, and warehouse sources.
- Build segmentation, activation paths, and Agentforce grounding with privacy and cost governance.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in data architecture with 2+ years on Salesforce Data 360 and a proven cost-reduction track record.
- Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification and professional English proficiency.
