About the Role:
- You set the vision for complex enterprise customers' architecture and deploy a team of agents to build it.
- You catch and solve quality issues, defining success and proving the job is done.
- You shape the new team's playbooks and standards.
What You'll Do:
- Establish customer goals through discovery and design target-state schemas and identity matching rules.
- Direct agents to profile warehouses, propose models, and generate transformations; review and own performance.
- Remain the named architect for ongoing engagements and produce reusable reference architectures.
About You:
- You direct agents with judgment and scrutinize every line of SQL, with fluency in Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- You have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role like analytics engineering or data consulting.
- You drive clarity in messy engagements and are comfortable with agent-native workflows.
