Director of Platform & Cluster Management

We are seeking a Director of Platform & Cluster Management to lead the engineering managers and teams responsible for building the management, deployment, and monitoring ecosystems of the Infinia product. This role ensures alignment, scalability, and consistency across the full software and hardware lifecycle of Infinia. The Director will set the technical vision and strategy , guide manager and team development , and drive cross-functional collaboration with product management, QA, DevOps, Support, and hardware engineering. This leader will ensure that Infinia provides a cohesive, reliable, and user-friendly management experience across all supported platforms. Leadership is earned by those who take initiative and consistently deliver outstanding results, both in their work ethic and deliverables, making strong prioritization skills essential.
