What you'll do:
- Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns across pharma and healthcare brands.
- Partner with Copy Supervisors and cross-functional teams to build creative that balances storytelling with scientific accuracy.
- Mentor Art Directors and Designers with direction and feedback.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of advertising agency experience, pharma or healthcare marketing preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of pharma regulatory review.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full medical and dental benefits.
