Role Overview:
- You'll lead art direction for pharma and healthcare brands, turning strategy into visual storytelling.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative balances science and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Guide projects from concept through production, maintaining craft quality.
- Present creative concepts and defend rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior designers and art directors to elevate their skills.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of advertising experience, preferably in pharma.
- A portfolio showing integrated campaign work across print, digital, and social.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of regulatory review (FDA, OPDP).
