Solutions Engineer

Technical Solution Design:

• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand their data architecture.
• Design scalable ingestion, storage, and visualization workflows tailored to their systems and requirements.
• Build and deliver technical demos and proof-of-concepts that mirror real-world data pipelines.

Onboarding and Integration:

• Guide customers from initial setup through production deployment.
• Ensure seamless data flow between their systems and Foxglove for reliable, high-performance operation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex data, performance, and interoperability issues.

Collaboration and Feedback:

• Provide structured insights and feature requests to Foxglove’s product team.
• Act as the technical partner during the pre-sales process.
• Translate customer needs into robust, scalable data solutions that demonstrate Foxglove’s value.
