Job Description
Independently manage and scale Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, etc.) to drive LTV:CAC targets. Optimize account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page funnels across core regions (US, EMEA, APAC, RoW). Run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, and user experience. Analyze campaign performance daily and share actionable insights with the broader team. Own media planning and performance forecasting for paid search, including regional pacing and trial contribution. Collaborate closely with the lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams to align messaging and drive cohesive user journeys from ad click to conversion. Continuously research and evaluate new channels, features (e.g., AI-driven bidding), and betas within Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of platform changes.
