Senior Data Analyst

How you'll fit into our team:

• Join the Data Intelligence team, a cross-functional group of analysts, engineers, and scientists working alongside teams across the business.
• Initially focus on product-led growth and new product experiences, starting with the decision that matters and designing a proportional analytical approach.
• Lead complex domain analytics while being a generous technical peer, helping other analysts develop stronger judgement through solution design and peer review.

Where you'll make an impact:

• Turn ambiguous goals into meaningful decisions and practical analytical approaches with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Build and own analytical products, defining success measures and identifying gaps in instrumentation and data quality.
• Communicate rigorous, accessible evidence to technical and non-technical audiences, including recommendations and limitations.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Strong SQL capability and experience building analytical solutions in a modern data warehouse and BI environment.
• Demonstrated experience taking stakeholder problems from discovery to insight, recommendation, and decision support.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with a practical, curious approach to solving problems with imperfect information.
