Professional Learning Facilitator

The Professional Learning Facilitator (PLF) ensures the effective development and delivery of training programs for administrators, teachers, and support staff. This role aligns professional development (PD) initiatives with MagicSchool goals and promotes student achievement through PD sessions. PLFs customize and deliver high-quality PD sessions, collaborating with educators and administrators to enhance instructional practices and improve student outcomes. They oversee the development and delivery of MagicSchool's PD programs, working with the Professional Development Team to design new content and update existing resources. Professional Learning Facilitators are committing to 1-20 hours, weekly, which may require some travel. MagicSchool is dedicated to building a diverse team of contractors representing various regions and a range of teaching certifications and experiences.
